Due to difficulties in obtaining funds from external sources, the
Organizing Committee
has decided to waive registration fees for a limited number of young
researchers.
If you are interested
you should apply according to the following rules.
The general rules are
that the applicants from EU or extra-EU are:
- to be less than 35 year-old
- to be first author in the submitted abstract
- to have regularly sent the registration form
- to have sent an application letter, a CV, a list of publications, a
letter of support from her/his supervisor, and have submitted the
abstract, all before December 11th 2010.
You don't need to pay registration fees at this stage.
The requests for
fellowships will be selected by the educational committee. The winners
will be
advertised by the Organizing Committee before the deadline of December
23rd.
If you have been not granted you can still register at a special
reduced rate as student (see forms).
We are still waiting for some external funds, if we will obtain these
funds we will increase the number of free registration and/or give some
money to young participants coming from distant and less favourite
countries (i.e. east europe, middle east, far east, africa). This
fellowship will be granted after the conference, via bank transfer and
they will not be assigned if the recipient will not participate to the
conference.
